The role of the video was to excite and inspire the people to take to heart all that they learned at the event, and live it out in their daily work life.

This is a video for an internal communications campaign of a financial institution. The primary goal was to make a highly diverse employee community fully understand the new direction of the company.
Keeping this objective in mind, I developed the concept and script for the video. I figured it had to be very straightforward and clear, so I decided to go with typography supported by strong music.
Execution was by a small agency called Think Ideas, Inc. Music is “Hallelujah” by Paramore, as performed by Vitamin String Quartet.
